Island Beach

On Sunday Arvo I went for a walk with cousin, spouse and dog at East Sooke, a nature reserve about a half hour from their place. After parking the car it was a couple minutes walk to the beach and the beginning of our hike, which would take us around a small bay before heading inland through some forest and back to the car.

My (human) companions are both teachers and bring their classes down to this sheltered cove when the weather is good, as it was for us.
